Wood Blinds
All of our wood blinds are basswood or phoenix wood, with the exception of one specialty wood blind which is made of cedar. Wooden blinds are the premium and are the best choice when it comes to matching your stained trim. If you are planning on going with a white, we don't recommend wood as the first choice. You can find out why on our faux wood blinds page. Assuming you are looking for a stain, you're going to be happy you went with the "real thing" after the installation. Wood blinds set the tone for your entire home, and nothing looks better than a natural wooden blind that matches its surroundings. Our wood blinds come in a variety of rich stains and stylish colors. We have two valance options and you can even match you furnishings with our selection of decorative tapes. If you have an odd shaped window we offer wooden arches and even cut outs for tiled windows. Why Quality Shutters & Blinds Wood Blinds?
You're going to receive high quality at an affordable price. Every wood blind we offer is custom tailored for each specific window. You'll never end up with a stack of extra slats at the bottom, because each blind is 100% custom. Most of the online and big box stores offer a generic wood blinds that consists of excess length at the bottom, pre-determined functionality, generic valances, cheap tassels, and occasionally rough cut edges. We stand behind every product we offer and would be glad to bring our selection to you!
Our valance options are all the same price. These pictures are for demonstration purposes only. The standard valance is best suited for framed windows, or sheet rocked windows with trim around them. We usually recommend a valance with returns for sheet rocked windows. We always recommend returns for bullnose windows. Contrary to belief, sheet rocked window openings are never exactly square or level, but the valance will be. You windows imperfections are almost always amplified without returns.
